With our Crane System Concrete Chimney Manhole Machine, it is possible to produce from 620mm to 1200mm and from 620mm diameter to 1500mm diameter. It is also possible to produce raising unions, parcel and chimney bodies, conical and chimney neck union products in this machine.
- The main chassis of our machine is produced from steel with high strength. It is much heavier, long-lasting and durable than the equivalent machines on the market with its strong body structure.
- In our machine, liquid oil vibrator system is used. Bearings that are resistant to high revolving speed and high temperature are used in vibrators.
- The control panel of our machine is designed with the intent of ease the use for the operator. All of the materials used in the panel are made by SCHNEIDER (German).
- The hydraulic system of our machines is tested absolutely before getting it ready for assembly and then assembled to the machine.
- The hydraulic pistons that are used in our machines are processed in CNC machines. Thus they are long-lasting, durable and appropriate for heavy-duty.
- The mortar isdischarged to machine with a mortar distributor bunker. Thanks to the distributors at the tip of the bunker, it is possible to distribute mortar as fast as possible.
- Products are carried to the stock area by the Crane.
